We can only guess about the technical stuffing, but it is clear that the Cayenne will receive a PTM all-wheel drive transmission, and turbocharged engines. The tunnel is quite high up. On it you can find: transmission handle; a huge number of touch buttons responsible for changing driving modes and activating many assistants; two compartments for glasses; safety handles and an armrest, under which the refrigeration unit is hidden.

The steering wheel is three-spoke, which also has some functionality. These are telephone, audio system and traffic assistance systems. The instrument panel consists of five circles, each of which contains a sensor. On-board computer absent - it is built into the multimedia screen.

Each chair is beautifully crafted. All of them are finished with high-quality leather, stuffed with a very soft and comfortable material, which gives the impression that you are not on the road, but at home. Each seat received several adjustments, ventilation and heating.

The back row can accommodate two people. Of course, you can arrange three, but then the central one will not be in the most advantageous position. This place is more suitable for a child.

The trunk is very impressive - in standard form it can hold 770 liters of cargo, while with the second row folded down - already 1710 liters.

Specifications

As before, the car will have three options for equipping power units with various characteristics. An ordinary Cayenne will receive a three-liter unit that produces 340 “horses”. Its consumption will be 9 liters of fuel. It will be paired with an eight-speed automatic gearbox. Acceleration to a hundred - 6.2 seconds.

Porsche Cayenne S 2018 will be equipped with a 2.9-liter engine developing 440 Horse power power. He will get exactly the same gearbox. Its consumption will be 9.2 liters, and a hundred will be achieved in 5.2 seconds.

Cayenne Turbo is the most charged modification, where a four-liter device is installed that produces 550 forces. Such a unit is capable of accelerating this monster to hundreds in just 4.2 seconds. The box is still the same - an eight-speed automatic.

Each package will have an all-wheel drive system, air suspension, differential locks and many other interesting things.

Already in the basic configuration, you can find a bunch of interesting elements. These are light and rain sensors; tire pressure control; a huge number of various security systems; parking assistance; blind spot monitoring; all-round view using cameras; excellent air conditioning for all zones; huge panoramic roof; adjustment and heating of seats, mirrors and steering wheel; as well as a great multimedia and audio system with a capacity of 710 watts.

The price of the simplest version is 75,000 euros or 5.1 million rubles. Modification Cayenne S will be released already at 92,000 euros - 6.3 million of our currency. The turbo version costs 140,000 euros - 9.5 million.

Also, as additional options, you can get a fully controlled chassis, improved brakes, next-generation stabilization and some off-road settings.

Release date in Russia

The start of sales in Russia will take place in the summer of 2018. Europe will see the novelty in December 2017. A test drive will be available immediately after the appearance of the car at dealers.
